It's a good property, clean room & modern. Like the location, 5 -10 min walking to Shek Mun MTR. We like & used the frequent shuttle buses taking guests to nearby train station and New Shatin Plaza. All staff (including the shuttle bus drivers) are very nice and provide good services. We'll stay in Alva Hotel again and recommend to friends.

The hotel location is very convenient. There is a direct A41 bus from the airport, and also many bus routes to Kowloon. The Shek Mun MTR station is just a few minutes’ walk away. There is also a hotel shuttle bus to Shek Mun MTR Station. The hotel room is spacious, very comfortable, and clean. The staff are very polite and professional. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The property and the room are meticulous, and the amenities are adequate. The staff is well-trained, and the breakfast is adequate. There is a shuttle bus that takes you to one of the biggest shopping malls in Sha Tin. The overall value is worth it.

Great hotel and great value for the price. The hotel is situated in the suburbs of Hong Kong, and I chose this hotel because it was close to where my friends lived. If it not close to Kowloon or HK Island, but it is easily accessible by transit, although it would take at least 30 minutes during off peak times. The hotel is modern, comfortable and clean. Wifi worked very well and my room was spacious. The staff were generally friendly and the service was good. The complimentary breakfast had good variety, with a generous mix of western and Asian dishes. The free shuttle was convenient, but it didn't come at regular intervals, so one had to check the schedule regarding service. I was not able to make use of the shuttle on this stay, but it would have been convenient if timing had worked out. Laundry facilities were good, but the cost per use was a bit pricey ($40 HKD). The rooftop pool and the gym facility was good, although I only had a look and was not able to make use of it on this trip. Overall, I had a good stay and would stay at this property again in the future.

Microwave in room. Light was so bright couldn’t sleep had to cover with clothing! Breakfast cooked food was cold.
