Fantastisk

We stayed here for 6 days 5 night. Amazing location with less than 5 minutes to subway. Plenty of shopping and restaurants to choose, all within walking distance. Professional and friendly staff, great laundry self service on the 5th floor too. Direct airport express back to the Incheon airport. Highly recommend.

It was unclear how small the room was. They called it a room for 3 people where 3 beds are shoved next to each other, leaving no room to walk, no closet, no drawers, and even no garbage can. They provided stickers advising us to stick it to what is garbage so they can throw it away. It was absolutely insane.

Property located in a very central location with easy access to metro, retail, and restaurants. Clean gym with water, towels, and TV. Laundry room has 4 sets of washers and dryers and change machine, detergent dispenser, and waiting area with ironing board and TV. Restaurant was good. Only tried the buffet once. Good, but not great, limited options. Snack and currency machines available. Also has a lounge with sofas and pool table. Separate storage room too. Room was nice and clean but small. No storage dressers or closets. Only had a clothing rack. This meant keeping your clothes all in your luggage. Only a desk as a table so no bedside tables either. Bathroom had a nice shower and bidet seat toilet. Sink was good, but small with limited counter space. Overall, great hotel but limited in storage space.

Great location, right in the middle of Hongdae, couple mins walk from Hongik University metro station, and close to all the main shopping areas so a great place to stay and explore Hongdae. Check-in was a little awkward, reception is actually on the 21st floor with self check-in screens available but other facilities including rooftop pool and restaurant are good. Great views from the room, and comfy beds. Overall a good place to stay.

We were disappointed with our stay. The biggest issue was the construction taking place right next to the hotel, which created significant noise and made it difficult to relax. While we understand that construction isn’t always under the hotel’s control, it had a major impact on our experience. The hotel provides headphones for guests, but I think a better gesture would be to offer complimentary breakfast as compensation for the inconvenience. That would make guests feel much more valued and help offset the disruption. Unfortunately, because of the constant noise, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again until the construction is finished.

Room was very clean and well organized. Beds were super comfortable. I really appreciated the shower doors as it avoided any water from spilling out onto the floor. All of the staff (cleaning and front desk) were all so nice and helpful! Location is perfect as it is close to the main hongdae street and close to the subway station. Would recommend this hotel!

NEGATIVE: confusing when we got there since Lobby is at the 21st floor and no concierge at the first floor. With 6 luggages between 4 guests, no one to help bring the luggages in and up to the lobby. There was no automatic door so dragging the luggages through the door is a bad first impression. The room that housed us 4 guests was so space-challenged. No counter, narrow space around the beds and no closet to store clothes and/or luggages. The fridge can only accommodate 9 small bottles of water standing up. TV channels are all in Korean so we couldn’t enjoy it. Overall for the price, I expected more.
