My booking was accepted about 9pm but when I arrived about 12.30am I was told the had cancelled my room and given it to someone else And then I had to apply for a Refund to Hotels.Com This is crazy

The hotel was a quick walk to Bristol Temple-Meads train station which we used a lot during our stay. The room was clean & comfortable & the nespresso machine was a bonus.

I was disappointed that on booking the hotel, I messaged 3 times over a couple of days to check about the parking and the response was not received until shortly before we left for our trip and I had already booked alternative parking. I tried phoning but initially Ai tried to deal with my query and then a call center who did not really know the answer to my questions. When we arrived and throughout the stay, everyone was really helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a very nice evening meal and breakfast. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Bristol.

We checked in late last night and proceeded to our room. Carpet had definitely not been cleaned or hoovered nor had the toilet. Due to being so tired, and knowing we would only be there for a sleep, didn’t see any point in discussing the matter. Would I stay again, 100% no. Not worth £200 for the night (including breakfast).

Nice quiet room and nice hotel Delicious breakfast Only gripe was that mixer on shower didn't seem to work properly (room 801) no in between from hot to cold (although variance from hot to very hot) Very happy with stay and would recommend
