The location is convenient and the room is clean. However the air conditioning in my room didn’t work properly. In this hot summer time, maybe a bit of problem.

Room was clean, stay was comfortable, service was friendly.
However, two hiccups:
1. The photos are not real. They are of the Kaohsiung Ramble and Love Kaohsiung hotels next door, presumably owned by the same person. This, to me, was unacceptable as although we were presented with a good room, the format or size was not the same as in the description.
2. The hotel lists check in as being until 11am, but when we arrived right at 11 no one was there. Called the number on the table but the person who picked up couldn’t speak English. We were attended to 20 minutes later, after sitting in the hot and humid lobby, by a friend of the owner.
