We felt the hotel was tired looking from the lobby to our room. Staff were very pleasant and we had an excellent meal at dinner.

Unique location however the inside of the hotel did not reflect the Canadian Rockies. It looked like any other Fairmont. There were a few paintings at the checkin desk thrown in for atmosphere. Disappointed overall. Hotel rooms were nothing special either.

Had an amazing stay here. From arrival the staff were excellent. Amy checked us in and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. 5 star service from the start. Room was very clean with a great view. All around the property the staff were excellent, concierge desk and shuttle driver Kira. All in all this was a great hotel and a great stay. Thank you.

We had amazing time. Our visit was a splurge but was worth it. My mom and dad met at Lake Louise years ago and fell in love with the mountains and each other. When I made dinner reservations days before we arrived, I shared this family story. Staff remembered, and asked additional questions. They made our visit extra special.

Loved this hotel! The views are stunning! Definitely rent the red canoe, it's worth it. I would love to return to this hotel again.

Located right on Lake Louise shore. The check in was very slow. After got into our room, I made a kettle of water and the breaker tripped, the electriciy in whole room went off. My husband went to a staff ask for help (our room is next to staff center). But even after our dinner, the issue was stil there. My husband had to ask the staff and followed him until he flipped the breaker. The maids did not refill the supplies in the room. Stayed 2 nights, only one night had night service, but did not take the garbage away. The staffs in the restaurants are friendly, although not very skillful.
