Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will receive an email 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and smart lock details. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Guests are required to download the property's GPHL Check-in & Digital Key mobile app before check-in.
