Ting å gjøre i Kumamoto Prefecture

Vi hadde en fantastisk tid på turen vår til Takachiho Gorge, til tross for den uheldige kanselleringen av båtturen vår på grunn av stigende tidevann, noe vi ikke hadde kontroll over. Bortsett fra det var alle stedene vi besøkte, fra det majestetiske fjellet Aso, den fredfylte Kamishikimi-helligdommen og den betagende Takachiho Gorge, virkelig pittoreske. Japan har virkelig velsignet oss med sin fantastiske naturlige skjønnhet. Reiselederen vår, Nicole Yang, var utrolig hjelpsom og gjorde turen vår fornøyelig. Hun snakker både engelsk og mandarin flytende, og engelsken hennes er god, noe som gjorde det lett for oss å forstå henne. Reisetiden fra Hakata til fjellet Aso eller Takachiho Gorge er omtrent 2,5 til 3,5 timer. Husk å ta med litt mat, da reisen kan være ganske lang. Turen vil imidlertid stoppe på motorveien begge veier til Hakata, så du får sjansen til å bruke toalettet. Vi håper å bestille denne turen igjen i fremtiden og endelig få tatt båtturen! 😇

Jeg snakker ikke mandarin, bare engelsk. Men guiden Kong var så hjelpsom og vennlig. Hun gjorde sitt beste. Jeg anbefaler turen. Jeg fant ingen annen engelsk tur, så jeg kom hit. Det var fantastisk. Vi kunne dessverre ikke ta toget da det stormet, og på grunn av regnet kunne ingen ta båten + vi kunne ikke dra til Mount Aso da det var stengt. Til tross for dette var det en veldig god opplevelse til slutt. Jeg anbefaler det på det sterkeste.

I visited Kumamoto Castle for the second time! As expected of one of Japan's three most famous castles, it was large and magnificent! A few years ago, a major earthquake in Kumamoto destroyed parts of the castle, and restoration work is still ongoing, but from a tourist's perspective, there were no issues touring Kumamoto Castle! I highly recommend purchasing your admission tickets in advance through Klook! This is because at the entrance, there are separate lines for buying tickets and for those who pre-purchased tickets. If you show the staff your QR code, you can enter immediately, which significantly reduces your waiting time, making it a huge advantage!

Although it was a shame that Mount Aso was closed and we couldn't visit, Takachiho Gorge and Kusasenri were wonderful. We are truly grateful to our guide, Kong, who worked so hard despite the rainy weather. I was a little worried because the guide was Chinese, but they provided the tour information in English, so we were able to enjoy the itinerary without any inconvenience. They also enthusiastically took photos and helped us get great souvenir shots. 🤗 When Mount Aso reopens and I visit Kumamoto again, I would definitely like to go with Kong. You truly did a great job.

The Trip was fun and enjoyable will do it again. Seki our guide was so nice and helpful. Her english is fluent and the trip was unforgettable because of her! From Denver Elaijah Pineda. 10/10 will come back again for more.

We visited a lot of places during the tour and was able to have time to browse lots of souvenirs and food throughout. Mount Aso crater was unfortunately closed but we were still able to enjoy and take in the amazing views. Our guides especially Sun was so accommodating even when we me and my friend were the only 2 English speaking people in the trip. They were both really jolly and would give good infos about the places and also gave tips on food and where else to visit around Fukuoka. So thank you so much to them :)

this tour was really good if you love animals and want to see them up close. I enjoyed the guide Zhu Zhu was so sweet and even she spoke little English she was so great and made sure I was able to follow along with rest of the group. She was so delightful and kindhearted, helped me order all the foods form all the shops and stores and offered me her umbrella and even the sweet apples. I highly recommend this route you get to see lots in one day!

We really like our guide Carson!! He asked about our preferred language when we first met, since my Chinese speaking skills are pretty bad lol so we were gonna talk to him in English but surprisingly he could speak Cantonese as well! during the intros he would speak in Chinese and English (we could understand both) and if we had any questions we could use Cantonese which was just perfect. I really liked the mountains and had time to do some shopping and take photos. I personally don’t really enjoy onsens but I was happy to see a chubby cat there and those unique buildings. Carson also reminded us about snakes because it was the first sunny day after days of raining. Carson was very helpful and full of information, we really liked him as our guide which was one of the main reasons we trusted this company and went on another trip.

Highly recommend this park! Definitely buy a pass and come on a weekday. You can get on almost any ride in under 5 minutes. It's not because there aren't people, but because there are so many rides and the park is so big. However, the opening hours are a bit short, so remember to go in as soon as it opens, otherwise you won't be able to experience everything. Both adults and children are very satisfied.
