We booked the Dudhsagar Falls trip via Klook and paid ₹7,000 for 2 people, which turned out to be a complete waste of money.
During booking, it clearly mentioned hotel pickup, but no pickup was provided. We had to arrange our own transport and later found out that the actual on-ground price for this trip is around ₹1,700 per person. Klook is charging an extremely inflated amount, which feels misleading and unfair to customers.
The transportation provided was not a jeep as expected but a bus, and the condition was very poor and dirty. Overall service quality was bad and did not justify the high price at all.
Strong advice:
Do not book this through Klook. Go directly to the local operators and book on the spot — you will get the same trip for almost half the price.
