The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant, giving a true vacation feel. Parking was free and convenient. Due to it being summer, there were quite a few small insects in the hallways. There were always food trucks outside the hotel, so dining was never a concern.

The location is quite remote, but everything else offers excellent value for money. The hotel is very new, the ocean view is superb, and you don't have to worry about parking or fees. We had a very comfortable 3-night stay, and there's even a hot spring bath. We'll definitely come back again.

Service: As soon as we arrived, there was parking assistance, and because so many cars were parked far away, there was even a golf cart shuttle to the lobby. Staff also helped deliver our luggage to our room door. If you opt out of housekeeping, you receive a 1,000 JPY voucher that can be used at the facilities and hotel shops. Staying two nights during the off-season for less than 15,000 JPY felt very worthwhile! Cleanliness: Superb! Towels were available at the swimming pool, and all common areas were very well maintained.

Etter mitt første opphold på dette hotellet, ser jeg aldri etter andre steder å bo når jeg drar til Okinawa. Dette feriestedet har alt du ønsker. Familievennlig. Det har innendørs og utendørs basseng, en privat strand som barna dine kan nyte. Det serverer et utvalg av deilige retter til frokost, lunsj og middag. Det har en izakaya som serverer Okinawa-retter og drikke, og de har også "alt du kan spise" yakiniku åpent for middag. Det er god valuta for pengene. Personalet er vennlig og hjelpsomt. Jeg anbefaler rom med havutsikt. Jeg kommer definitivt tilbake igjen med familien min.

Although it's a hotel with a lot of history, the kids had a great time. The best part was that the pool was open until 10 PM during the summer, allowing the kids to completely burn off all their energy. The breakfast was also delicious, and the staff were very polite. I would still recommend coming here next time.

my stay was interrupted by typhoon and most activities were closed after my 2nd night. however, staff at the front desk are helpful. i got a full refund on early cancellation.

Great location, friendly and helpful service, large resort but has a warm atmosphere and the private beach and infinity pool were clean and beautiful. Sunset was amazing! Would recommend this to couples and families.

The location is very close to the Churaumi Aquarium. Downstairs from the hotel, there's an ocean-view Starbucks, Blue Seal ice cream, and a shopping street. The room is spacious, perfect for families with children, and very convenient for cooking breakfast and dinner. The only downside is that the outdoor pool doesn't open in the morning, so my child didn't get a chance to swim before checkout!
