Pakke 1: Sool bryggeopplevelse (70 minutter)
- Lage Makgeolli og smake på alle likører (5 eller 6 typer) laget av bryggeriet vårt
- Du kan ta med deg Makgeolli du har laget.
Pakke 2: Sool bryggekurs (140 minutter)
- Lage Makgeolli og destillere ekte Soju med læringsteori
- På etterfesten kan du drikke 5 eller 6 premiumlikører laget av bryggeriet vårt med Kimchijeon (Kimchi-pannekake) og Kimchi Chigae (suppe) med svinekjøtt.
- Ta med deg Makgeolli du har laget. Gjæren vil også bli gitt for din neste hjemmebrygging.
- En flaske destillert Soju vil bli gitt som en suvenir.

Sool Brewing Experience på Jeju er en absolutt perle for alle som er nysgjerrige på øyas rike drikkekultur. Dette praktiske verkstedet er mye mer enn bare en smaking, det fordyper deg i kunsten å lage tradisjonell koreansk brennevin. Under veiledning av lidenskapelige eksperter lærer du om de lokale ingrediensene, gjæringsprosessen og historien bak Jejus unike sool. Du kan lære og lage din egen Makgeolli! Joh var så profesjonell og lidenskapelig, og han lot oss også smake på bryggeriets produkter! Anbefales på det sterkeste!
We had an amazing experience and was hands down definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Jeju! The handsome Joh was very funny, entertaining and informative which made our understanding and experience very worth-while. In addition to making our own alchol, we were able to try unlimited Makegolli, rice wine and soju. Since we booked the 2-hr package, handsome Joh even prepared dinner for us with Kimchi Jigae and Kimchi pancakes! Highly recommend to go!
It was a really fun experience. Worth it! Dave, with all his animated expressions, heartfelt songs, and witty jokes made it worthwhile. Dave was so hospitable and accommodating. After the session, he helped us booked a taxi and recommended an excellent abalone specialty restaurant nearby. The liquors are outstanding 🥂
The workshop was interesting and educational. It was a bit of a science experiment but only with fun and exciting parts. We had black pork bbq with fried kimchi for the "after party" as Joh called it. We got the chance to try several "sool" and Joh was considerate to have provided tonic water when he noticed we could not drink those with high alcohol content. We also got to bring our jars of makgeolli home. The anxiety of whether or not the fermentation was doing well and the anticipation of the finished product had extended the enjoyable experience.
We had such a fun time! Learned a lot and had a great time making the alcohol and a better time drinking it haha. Would definitely repeat again but maybe not the 2 hour bus ride back to our guest house haha
Superb class! Joh was such a great teacher and he made the class very fun and entertaining! Got to learn about and taste a variety of alcohol alongside with good food! Woudl definitely recommend this amazing experience!
This is a perfect 막걸리 making experience with David! He is really kind and humorous and also enthusiastic about Korean alcohol. We enjoy learning, making and drinking at 술도가 제주바당! 體驗活動分兩個部分,首先介紹酒精的形成過程,以及韓國米酒、燒酒的分別,然後再讓我們親手製作自己的馬格利酒。活動非常有趣,老師亦好貼心同時用英文韓文講解,知道我們要帶上飛機特意教我們如何防漏😂
it was an Amazon experience. Joe was super Nice and gave us a really good insight in the Production and the History of Mkgeolli and Alkohol in Korea. It was a really fun experience and we also got a really yummy Dinner of Kimchi-Jigae and Kimchi Pancakes.
We had SUCH a good time in this class ( a little too much fun 😆). Joh took great care of us and we learned so much about the Maegkolli process. I loved that we got to take our maegkolli home and got to sample different sojus etc while we listened. highly recommend for a unique experience (and for those who love to drink) 😆
