I really enjoyed this trip. My guide Pattu is very helpful and assisted me in any way possible. Every part of the trip was very informative. I recommend everybody to visit Kandy.

It was a worthwhile one-day trip because we visited many interesting places. However, the guide took us to a few shops that focused on selling products. Overall, it was good.

The trip is 3 hours and a half one way .Not. easy trip for children.Driver was perfect with good knowledge of English language, very accomodating and helpful.Kandy is a nice please to explore .

The trip was very educational and interesting. However, in some places, it seemed like they were more focused on selling their products rather than sharing the value of the location. This was especially noticeable at the spicy garden, where the main priority seemed to be selling their products. We felt that the tour should have included more fun activities and attractions that showcase Kandy's uniqueness. Remember this: Be cautious of the guide at the Buddha temple. He demands on receiving large tips. On a positive note, the driver was very kind and friendly, and we felt very safe traveling with him. We were extremely satisfied with the driver.

There are improvement needed to make the Kandy tour a more appealing one. As we read other reviews, there were tour guide services but we didn’t have any. Udawattakele Forest Reserve and Royal Bonatical Gardens were not included even though it’s on the list. Most of the spots are for you to shop, like the spice museum, gem museum and the tea factory. It is OK to have them on the itinerary but travellers actually expect more explosure in Kandy. Knowing more about the history of the city. The experience in the tea factory was bad. The staff kept asking you to buy their tea in despite of the fact that their tea were not to our liking. They even had the attitude when we refused to buy any products. If you want to have a deep travel of Kandy, I would recommend taking the train and spend a night in Kandy. In that case, you can skip the shopping sections.

I had a great experience on this tour of Kandy. The guide was on time picking me up and explained all the stops along the way. He was extremely pleasant and the tour had various stops to give you a good mix of experiences. You never felt rushed the entire time. Highly recommend.

因為天候原因取消了好幾個景點，但司機也沒有明確說明，行程上的自然保護區和皇家植物園都沒去到。帶去參觀的茶廠、香料園、寶石”博物館”都是半強迫推銷觀光客，整體觀感很差⋯⋯還有事先跟客服索取供應商的app 聯絡方式都說無法提供，是在開玩笑欸？若行程中途出問題或當天沒成功聯繫上司機平台也完全不負責嗎？從平台服務到當地導覽行程都是一塌糊塗的品質，有生以來參加過最糟的，絕對不推薦。

Gimahn is good driver and on time; I had a good time thank to this trip 😊
