The location is not too convenient - between fortress hill and tin hau - either way was bit of a walk. The therapist who helped with the massage was very good, but she kept selling packages the whole time and was quite relentless. Their trials are much cheaper than the plans in klook - like way cheaper with more options. The same bedrock package was cheaper and even comes with a full facial. the bedrock experience is not for everyone - it is super hot and the room is tiny. But you do get a full sweat out. Appreciate that this is a small shop but I likely will not return given the location and hard sales tactics. It was not relaxing. If you do want to try perhaps best to get their first trial offers as is way better value direct with the spa.
