Before our cruise session, we were given instructions via WhatsApp. As we were running late, I sent a message to Captain Loco, our captain for the evening. During the cruise, Captain Loco was knowledgeable and shared about all the checkpoints we passed and even took pictures for us. Overall, it was a memorable experience for us.
Booked a private cruise for a birthday celebration, received instructions on how to find the boat in the morning of the cruise. We also brought food and drinks up the boat to enjoy a peaceful tour. Was very relaxing, highly recommended for older people who get tired walking around
Interesting river cruise experience... my boys get to see Johor from another angle... safe and soothing ride :)

The operator was very efficient. Shortly after booking this service, I received WhatsApp message confirmation for my booking. Ambok (our guide) and the captain of the boat were very friendly and accommodating towards my elderly grandmother. It was a pleasant boat ride! We couldn't catch the sunset due the the rainy weather but seeing colourful water fountain at the end of the ride was lovely.
love the ride and very informative. We choose 7pm ride because it gives the best photos scenery and it's worth it to experience cruise. thank you Capt.Loco and Ambok I will recommend to go with them again.
the service was very good. the captain is kind and very helpful as this was our first time in the area. we did evening cruise. captain has partnership with halal resto, also offering discount as brooklyn cruise customer, so nice! experience:

Enjoyed the cruise. Ambok and Loco made sure we were comfortable, and provided a detailed explanation for the sights we cruised by. they also offered to take plenty of photos for us and even tailored the music to our preferences. highly recommend this :)
