Very punctual! From Hatyai City, the van will pick up some more people from the airport and then, we'll move to Pak Bara. My trip was at 10am and we arrived at the pier at 1pm - including a toilet stop at the gas station for about 30mins. The journey was very joyful with some local music from the radio. The driver drove us safely and happily! Very convenient to use their service

We walk from Pak Bara Pier to Hi Lipe office ( located next to 7-eleven nearby Pak Bara). Van depart on time at 3.30pm, then driver drop off few guests at Hatyai airport and arrive at hotel in Lee Garden Area around 5.15pm. Van is comfortable and hassle-free.

Pick up on time at 8am from Hotel in Hatyai Lee Garden area. After that the van proceed to Hatyai railway station to pick up another 3 guests. Then, van goto Hatyai airport and we wait there for almost 20minutes for another 4 guests. On the way to Pak Bara Pier, driver give us 15minutes bio break. Lucky, we are able to reach Pak Bara Pier on time for 11.30am boat to Koh Lipe. Friendly driver, comfortable seats and there is no extra charges for big luggage. As informed by the provider that we have to wait at the office of Hi Lipe. We embarked from the pier and walked with our luggages to the office under the hot sun, when in fact we can actually wait at the pier for the staff to fetch us. Clearer information should be provided prior to the date of picking us via Whatsapp. Other than that, the ride was OK but was longer than we expected as the driver has to drop off a passenger at the airport before sending us to hotel.
