Vi hadde en veldig hyggelig tur, og vi vil spesielt takke sjåføren Kenzi for hans entusiasme og profesjonalitet. Kenzi var dedikert og kontaktet oss dagen før for å avtale avreisetid, noe som viste hans omtenksomhet og grundighet. Underveis tok han godt vare på alle passasjerene, og tilbød seg å ta bilder for oss, noe som ga oss mange gode minner. Det som var spesielt imponerende, var at Kenzi hadde lært seg kantonesisk på egen hånd, slik at han kunne kommunisere flytende med oss. Denne innsatsen og dedikasjonen var svært beundringsverdig. Gjennom hele turen sørget hans omtenksomhet og profesjonalitet for at vi følte oss veldig komfortable og trygge. Vi er virkelig takknemlige for hans innsats. Dette var definitivt en uforglemmelig og anbefalelsesverdig tur!

The driver is punctual and helpful. We had good time in Alpaca World. Gangchon bike experience is fun but the winter scenery without snow is dull. Same to Nami Island, no snowy scenery but is is a relaxing walk with family. Highly recommended.

Mr Dong is fantastic! We went to Petite France/Italian Village, Nami island then Garden of Morning Calm. Communication with him was clear. We left at 8AM (ideal time). He also secured the tickets for us (he used his company discount) so that was a great bonus for us. He even took pictures of us at the entrance of each destination. He’s a wonderful person, excellent driver and navigator. The price is a good deal, given the distance from Seoul. It’s also an excellent deal if you are at least 3 people in your group (we had 5 adults in our group) and not very particular with having an actual tour guide and okay on your own. We were happy to move at a pace of our liking. Thank you Mr. Dong!

The Nami Island, Alpaca World, and Rail Bike tour was a fantastic experience! Beautiful scenery, adorable alpacas, and a fun rail bike ride made for a perfect day. The guide was friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. Highly recommended for nature lovers and families looking for a unique adventure.

We went to Alpaca World and Garden of Morning Calm. The driver was prompt and friendly. He even helped us get discounted tickets at both places when we got there because the Klook bought tickets wouldn’t scan. The van and driving was very comfortable.

started at 8am and ended at 7pm (paid extra 25000 won for the hour extra. alpacca world (10am-12.15pm), lunch (1-2pm), railbike (2.30-3.30pm) and nami island (4-5.30pm). i really wanted to complete alpacca world hence lesser time at nami island. really smooth throughout and lunch recommended near the railbike was delicious too.

Had lots of fun with the Alpacas eventhough it was raining, we were able to finish the stamp tour as well! Our guide Mark was very accomodating and patient so we were able to explore the places at our own pace. He even offered to take our photo at each stop so we had a lot by the end of the trip. It was a very convenient tour.

This private car rental is worth the price, Mr Kay was so patient with us especially that we were with senior citizens. The car was spacious enough for 7 pax. The trip went smooth and I like the dakgalbi food restaurant he recommended. If travelling with seniors and kids, car rental is a must to avoid any hassle along the way.

Our guide Jenny was so nice! She knows the place well and also the one who book our entrance tickets ahead of time. We really had a great time. Better to book the private service especially if you have seniors and baby onboard. Thanks again klook!

Our guide, Hun, is very nice, polite, and helpful. Though he's main responsibility was to drive us to our destinations and back, he went our of his way just to give us full tour experience. He guided us to the entrance of the sites, welcomed us after visiting each site. The vehicle was more than enough to accomodate us all 6 passengers.
