After buying the ticket online, we still need to que at the ticketing counter to get the physical ticket. The girl at the counter almost told us that her machine couldn't work to scan the code but after a few tries, she could thankfully do so. The ticket is cheaper on Klook though when bought individually but overall the ride did not feel worth the $9sgd I paid for it as it was just a short 10min ride and not very spectacular. It's probably more worth it to buy it as the bundle with the cable car tickets.

It was easy to redeem the tickets from the ticket counter. Totally no queue for the 6D Cinemotion, in fact we were the only two in that place. It was a short experience with lots of chair movements but it was not that rigorous. If you are taking the cable car then you can slot in this activity. Other than that, it is rather a long drive up to the location. + point, the view was great at the location! 😄

The show is nice. But i think its not up to 6D. Only have 3d effect & moveable seat. I’ve seen 6d in other places before have winds & little splash of water to amplify the 6D experience. However, its worth to try.

This is my first time buy entrance fee using Klook.. Very easy & fast. There is no issue during redeem the vouncher. TQVM!!!

It was a nice experience to get away from the heat. if you are wearing glasses like me. make sure, the glasses that they provide fits right on your face. All in all nice experience

There was a significant discrepancy between the operating hours listed on the Klook voucher and the actual hours at the attraction: Klook Listing: Stated a closing time of 6:00 PM. Actual Situation: I arrived at 4:15 PM, but the on-site staff informed me that the SkyBridge, SkyGlide, and 6D Cinemotion activities were closing at 4:30 PM and would not accept further entries. Result: Due to this early closure, I was only able to use the Glass Gondola portion of my ticket. I could not access the SkyBridge, SkyGlide, or 6D Cinemotion included in my package. As I was unable to utilize more than half of the services I paid for due to incorrect information on your platform, I would like to request a refund for the unused components.
