Choose this as an option with the Klook pass - and I am glad I chose it - but I did book accomodation in Fukuyama to be able to use the pass! The facility is in Fukuyama, so need to take the bullet train there. If you purchased the West pass, then Fukuyama stop is included. To get to the onsen, you then need to catch a free shuttle from Fukuyana station to the mall. that takes about 30 mins too…. onsen itself was clean and relaxing. You have to hire towels and sauna clothes, which was 800yen. Lounge area was also comfortable to nap in.

I am a cruise guest from Canada and booked your Korona Onsen Natural Hot Spring Experience in Hiroshima based on your description. When my family gets out of the cruise ship on Hiroshima, the local guide told us that your location is not in Hiroshima but three hours drive away from the cruise terminal. Therefore, we have to give up the plan and forfeit our voucher. Please give us the full refund given that your location is not in Hiroshima. Moreover, please update your description on klook that the location is three hours drive away from the cruise terminal so no future cruise guest will book it by mistake.
