Our driver, Vincent, was very thoughtful and guided us throughout the entire trip. He was both a safe driver and an excellent guide. He shared where we could have lunch at Kundasang, souvenir shopping locations in the city area and even some history of attractions we saw along the way. He arrived at the pick up point ahead of time and ensured that our ride was comfortable. We managed to cover several locations like Nabulu Market, Desa Cattle Dairy Farm, Alpaca Club and Mount Kinabalu HQ where we did some trekking. Worth the money!

Rasidin, one of the best drivers we've ever met. Very efficient service overall. We were right on time for the itinerary that we planned for. Also, Rasidin stepped in and helped us out with ticketing issue that we were facing on one of our stops. He was quite flexible as well with our timing and allowed us to eat in the van as long as it was not messy! For this trip, we managed to visit the Borneo Ant House, Tuaran Crocodile Farm, Bungalio Hill Glass Bridge at Tamparuli & Hillside Kokol Cafe. The van was comfortable and clean. We also had several shopping, and we were allowed to keep it in the van while we visit the attraction sites, so we did not have to keep bringing heavy stuffs! Our father was chatty but Rasidin was very friendly and entertained us very well despite the long trip. Our family enjoyed this service. Highly recommended!

our driver Cavin was really friendly, and the whole itinerary is very customisable as well. pre-trip, they will also email you and recommend a better route + start time, if applicable. Good thing we got a private charter as we didn’t expect the drive time to and fro kundasang to be so far/jammed! had a good rest in the car

be prepared to pay for lunch for the tour guide and the driver. typically they wouldn't ask, but if there's a tour guide, then likely they will join for a meal. you get to plan your own itinerary, and rhe tour guide will help to sort it out based on where you wanna go, we ended up completing most on our itinerary really quickly. Desa Farm you'll have to do booking on your own, but even if you book for 2 to 5pm you can still go there at 11am

Thumbs up to both operator (Jassan) and driver (Kinong). Communication was smooth prior to the trip with regards to the itinerary to Kundasang and Ranau. Kinong was a great driver and guide, and my family was engaged throughout. Thanks for sharing more about Sabah and accomodating our last minute request to see the Rafflesia!

Our driver Leo was great and a safe driver. Despite the windy roads to Kundasang area, he drove safely. He was also knowledgable about the area and was able to help recommend some other areas instead when the kids weren't interested in some planned stops. We went to Alpaca Club, Desa Farm, a rabbit farm, and also Hooga cafe for lunch. Thanks Leo!

I am a female solo traveller to Sabah, Malaysia. I booked a private charter car to go from Kota Kinabalu to Kundasang and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Within a short period of time, I received an email that included places I want to visit and addition of places of interest that could be included in my itinerary. I am so glad they added Nabalu Market to the plan because I managed to catch an amazing view of Mount Kinabalu and bought some souvenirs from here. My driver, Jeff Tan, is a safe, caring and fun driver for my trip. A day before my trip to Kundasang, he Whatsapped his car details and the trip details so I stay updated with the plan. He is open to any questions about Sabah history and culture, and has been the best companion during my time in Sabah. He also hiked up Sosodikon Hill with me so please know you are in good hands if you wish to engage this service. There are multiple ways to get from Kota Kinabalu to Kundasang such as buses or taxis. But this is one of the most recommended way in my opinion, for tourists. Bus timings and frequency may not be accurate and while it is possible to get a taxi to Kundasang, it might not be as easy to get one back to your hotel. In summary, I highly recommend this service and am extremely grateful to have Jeff as my driver!

The driver is skillful and knows the route well 😀 Our itinerary was Peranggi Viewpoint > Nabalu Town > HBenjamin Cafe > Desa > Alpaca > Anooh. HBenjamin was quite disappointing, service was slow, it ruined our itinerary. It was raining when we went to Desa and Alpaca, which I think both is overrated, tooo crowded in December. Anooh was must visit but if you are the type very particular about hygiene, this aint for you. Flies everywhereeee. Past 5pm costs 50RM/hr
