First time experiencing Kanchanaburi with our driver Bas. Pick-up at the airport requires us to move towards the pickup zone outside the airport. He could speak basic English and is very helpful with attending to our needs, especially making sure our elderly parents with difficulty get into the car. He knows his ways around Kanchanaburi and also helped us find out if the cafe operates. We had our own itinerary, but I was hoping Klook could help check if the place still operates. The only dissapointed we had was that we could not visit Flowers By Aron as they only operate during winter.

My family really love the trip. It was organized based on our interest. Our driver also a tour guide Mr. GaGa was really friendly, nice and helpful. He recommended a lots of nice places. He always be nice when we want to change some plan because of my parents health.

Booked the 3d2n trip to Kanchanaburi with Klook and AK tour. We are happy with the trip. It was a pleasant experience. The tour agency confirmed the booking 1 day before. The driver contacted me in WhatsApp the night before my trip and inform the car plate number and meet up details. The driver’s name is ChoVit. A very patient and kind driver who drive us to the places. Although he is not good at English, he uses the translator and always greet us with his smile. He helps to take a lot of nice photos for us too! We ride on the comfortable vehicle for 2 adults + 2 kids. We are satisfied with the vehicle and the driver service. Kanchanaburi is a great place for family getaway from the hustle Bangkok city. There are many nice cafes and food is yummy too. Highly recommended!

Klook預定後，會有當地旅行社跟我們聯絡，討論跟建議行程 ，還可以代訂動物園與大象互動行程及餐廳訂位，相當方便，服務的司機也相當配合，服務很好。

M 是今次駕車往北碧的司機先生,他駕駛態度良好,安全將我們送到景點,英文與他溝通沒有問題。 但要扣分嘅就係公司與顧客的溝通不太清晰,因我電郵問公司行程上的問題,他們沒有回覆,去Erawan瀑布要400銖附加費,事前亦沒有通知我,另外我四個人,四件行李,其實架車有啲窄。anyway呢個行程非常暢順,我們玩得很開心。

Highly recommend gg to Kanchanaburi. Sample itineraries provided and easy to customise and communicate with the tour operator. Our driver Mr Suk was very accommodating and always on time (sometimes even an hour earlier!). He gave key information on history and scenic spots around the area too.

Recommended! Agency contacted us via email within 1 day after we have made payments. We provided the agency with a list of places to go, and they sent us back the planned itinerary. Agency only provided driver’s contact details 1 day before the trip. Driver was good. Overall, a smooth trip.

Overall a great experience. Driver was professional and accommodative to request in changing one of the dining locations. Malika R.E. was a let down though and I would advise readers to change this to another attraction.
