We travelled from Cubao to La Union for almost 5hrs and it was smooth and easy. Thanks to our driver that night. Also, the conductor was approachable and very helpful. Hmm, only the seat wasn't that much comfortable for us.
I booked a seat less than 24 hours before my desired trip’s schedule and my booking was confirmed in less than an hour. I had a couple of clarifications and their agents (both on Viber and email) were very responsive and helpful. On the day of my trip, the conductor of the bus called to inform that they were already on the way to the pick-up point. Once the other passengers and I were picked-up, we were brought to the Partas Bus Terminal in San Fernando to have our printed vouchers exchanged for the actual bus tickets. We didn’t need to leave our seats because the bus conductor facilitated everything. After that, it was a bery smooth ride from La Union to Cubao with 2 stopovers for quick snacks and health breaks. Btw, I was assigned to a seat without an entertainment system, but it’s not a big deal for me. I will definitely book again when my schedule permits me to go back to LU. Reiste rundt kl. 09:15 fra Pasay-terminalen. Ankom San Juan, La Union etter kl. 14:00. Innsjekkingstiden er kl. 08:00, men jeg ankom rundt kl. 08:30. Jeg var litt bekymret for at jeg ikke ville få plass, men det var ikke tilfellet. Jeg satt på tredje rad (sete nr. 12, hvis jeg husker riktig). Det var ett stopp i Sison, Pangasinan, hvor vi ankom rundt kl. 12:00, noe som passet bra for lunsj. Vil fortsette å bruke dette som transportmiddel til La Union.

I booked my Partas Bus ticket via Klook from Pasay (Manila) to San Juan, La Union, and overall it was a good experience. The online booking was easy and I didn’t have to line up at the terminal, which saved time. The bus left roughly on schedule and the journey was pretty comfortable with decent legroom and air-conditioning. Because of that I was able to rest well and enjoyed the morning beach walk.

The booking process was simple and clear, and I received my e-ticket quickly. The bus was clean, had comfy seats, and departed on time. There was a stop for food and restrooms, which was well-managed. Only downside was the outlet for phone charging is not working. Still, I’d definitely use this service again for long-distance travel!
Very fast and smooth processs. I just hate the fact that I have to print the voucher. But other than that it's super convenient for travellers who do not want to wait in line at Bus Terminals.
