WTS Travel is a reputable company, I've personally trusted them for years ever since I was young. Bus rides were comfortable, cold and clean (considered decent lah). Journey time normally takes 6-7 hours to go Genting but 9 hours to come back Singapore.
Had a great experience taking the WTS bus from Singapore to Genting! The journey was smooth and comfortable, and everything was quite convenient. It made travelling to Genting so much easier and less tiring. Overall, a pleasant experience and definitely a good option for anyone planning a trip to Genting. Will consider taking WTS again next time! 😊

the bus itself is good. big leg room, comfortable seat, usb charging port. will be better if wifi is provided. The only main problem for me is the traffic is too bad which is not under bus operator control.
Easy pick up from a convenient location near my place. Bus ride was smooth and comfortable. Recommended.
Very disappointing experience with WTS Travel on the Genting to Singapore route. Seat selection wasn’t allowed even we check in 45 mins earlier than the scheduled time and the staff at the Genting counter lady wearing spec were having rude attitude. To make matters worse, the bus operator spent the journey distributing food samples and taking orders from passengers, which was disruptive. This will definitely be my first & last time travelling with WTS.
