Instructions were clear and the bus was easy to locate. Nonetheless, it would have been better if there is also some English instructions (e.g. verification of vendor’s phone number) made available, especially for non-Chinese tourists

The bus is on time. Received message via WeChat the night before departure. Pick-up information is very clear & customer service very responsive. Bus is clean & the journey about 2hrs with 1 toilet stop. Worth for the price & highly recommended.

online booking was easy and with regular updates. instructions on the boarding was clear but it was quite chaotic at the bus station, this has nothing to do with the booking platform. overall quite satisfied.

Excellent communication. They made sure we were up to date with what was going on as there was a slight bus type change on the way there, still at the same time. They checked we were on the bus and ok in both directions. cannot recommend this service highly enough. They were great!
