Second time to sun moon lake, but first time going there by car! Would totally recommend going there by car then bus because I recall queue-ing for the bus for a very long time. Great experience overall.

clean car and friendly driver. we left our LO's bottle in the car on the ride to sun moon lake and contacted the company who helped arrange for the bottle to be in this driver's car when picking us up.

Driver was very punctual and we negotiated pickup and drop off spots. He took us to the location to board boats at Sun Moon Lake and helped us with aligning an itinerary that worked for us. The return trip was good as well.

It was an easy trip. Driver Mr Lin was friendly, assisted w the luggage too! He texted a day earlier and we met at the right location after Taichung HSR exit.

very friendly and jovial driver. Got us to the destination on time, recommended to book this albeit more expensive. definitely beats queuing.
