參加klook的導賞團真係非常方便，因為阿爾罕布拉宮真的很大如只購買門票沒有參加導團的話在裏面很容易迷失方向而且有導遊一邊行一邊講解歷史，讓我們拍照之餘也可以了解更多，幸好klook有這個活動可以比我們選擇，使用方便，導遊們在預訂日期前WhatsApp我們溝通，真是一個不錯的體驗

The guide bilal was very knowledgeable. Alhambra was a very beautiful Palace. Hope that everyone have the opportunity to visit alhambra.

Was a little hard to locate the guide as she didn’t have her tag on so I had to ask around. The tour was an amazing experience. I think without a guided tour, everything would be just stones to me. You get to know the history of Alhambra and places with great view of Granada.

導遊準時出現，在雙語導覽的解說清楚的介紹阿爾罕布拉宮歷史及文化，非常推薦，三個多小時行程很豐富，另遊客眾多，Klook 應該在訂單中說明與當地哪個旅行社配合，不然很容易與當地導遊錯失，因為要詢問導遊在哪裡時，show出Klook 訂單QR code沒人聽過，所以知道與哪家當地配合導遊很重要！！！

The tour guide was friendly. She took us around Alhambra at a good pace. She spoke clearly about the history of different places in the palace. My daughters enjoyed the tour.

Woke up very early for this activity and waited in the cold. It was recommended to reach at 7:45am but guide only reached at 8:20am? And the place didn't open till 8:30am anyway. Nevertheless, it was a very beautiful place and enriching experience. It feels like a walk in the park.

Unfortunately was unable to join the guided tour, requested a refund, and despite receiving confirmation, have not yet received the payment a year later :(

The tour was purchased few months in advance, but the tour company were not able to secure the entrance tickets for the inner palace. They notified me too late and there were no tickets available. All I received was $30 refund and missed out on a life time experience.
