Had an awesome Mt. Fuji private tour! Stress-free! Rana is our driver. Travel is smooth, no hassle and fun. Rana is an excellent tour guide. He even helped take phtots and videos for us. Vår tur til Fuji-fjellet i dag var virkelig en uforglemmelig opplevelse. Fra det øyeblikket vi startet turen, fikk sjåføren vår oss til å føle oss komfortable og godt ivaretatt. Han var svært profesjonell, vennlig og tålmodig gjennom hele reisen. Han kjørte trygt og sørget for at vi ankom hver destinasjon uten problemer, noe som gjorde at vi kunne slappe av og nyte dagen fullt ut. Tjenesten var utmerket. Sjåføren vår var hjelpsom med å veilede oss, og ga oss nok tid til å utforske, ta bilder og sette pris på skjønnheten ved Fuji-fjellet og de omkringliggende stedene. Han var også svært imøtekommende når vi hadde spørsmål eller trengte assistanse. Fuji-fjellet i seg selv var fantastisk. Å se et så ikonisk sted personlig var utrolig, og hele turen var godt organisert. Hvert stopp ga oss vakker utsikt og minneverdige øyeblikk. Vi nøt virkelig hele opplevelsen og skulle ønske vi hadde mer tid til å utforske enda mer.

we had our tour with Saeed and visited all what’s included in the itinerary. very accomodating and always on time. we customized the trip a little bit and it was okay for our driver. comfortable car and friendly guide driver. i recommend this trip.

My mom and I had a great time on this tour! Our driver, Rana, was polite & patient, & he helped us to take very nice photos :) I also really appreciated that we could customise our itinerary a little such that we got the best of both worlds - seeing Mt Fuji & shopping at Gotemba Premium Outlets. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is looking for a comfortable & fuss-free visit to these 2 places! My only feedback: we were supposed to be picked up by Malik, who had contacted me on the day before my tour. However, I was contacted by Rana only 15 mins prior to the agreed start time of the tour, and it was also a different car from the picture that Malik had sent when he contacted me. Do also be prepared that although the pickup time in the booking stated 8am, your driver may suggest a pickup time that is earlier (we shifted ours to 5.30am) to avoid the traffic jam - which was a good call because the traffic was indeed congested. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

He is very well-spoken, professional, and knowledgeable. From the start, communication was smooth and well-organized—he was always advanced in planning and made sure everything ran seamlessly. Eitsm guided us confidently throughout the trip, explained things clearly. The vehicle was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the long drive pleasant and relaxing. The Driver and Guide, Saeed, contacted us the night before to meet us and was very prompt the next day to pick us up. he was very polite and friendly and definitely made our trip memorable. As you can imagine, on New Year’s Day, the traffic was terrible and we were stuck going to Gotamba. the driver dropped us off and picked us later at Gotamba. made a difficult situation so much easier. Will definitely recommend Saeed.
