The portable WiFi was generally reliable and convenient to use. The signal was strong most of the time, although there were moments when it suddenly weakened—especially during peak times like in Hong Kong Disneyland. Fortunately, the connection stabilized again as we headed back to the hotel. It performed well. Battery life is impressive and can last throughout the day, which is a big plus when you’re out exploring. It was also very easy to connect devices, making it user-friendly even for first-time users. Booking through Klook was smooth and hassle-free. However, the pickup experience could be improved. One staff member at Terminal 3 (the one with colored hair) was not very accommodating. He seemed annoyed when he couldn’t immediately find my booking and even lectured me, which was quite off-putting. On a positive note, their Instagram support team was very responsive and helpful. They handled concerns professionally and made the overall customer service experience much better.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Smooth Trip with Big Sky Travel Pocket WiFi I recently visited Hong Kong Disneyland, and the experience was absolutely magical! The park was clean, beautifully designed, and full of fun attractions for all ages. The rides were exciting, the shows were spectacular, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the day. One thing that made the trip even better was using the pocket WiFi from Big Sky Travel. The connection was fast and stable inside the park, which made it very convenient to check ride waiting times, use the Disneyland app, upload photos, and stay connected with family and friends. The device battery lasted the whole day, and it was easy to carry around. Having reliable internet really helped maximize our time at Disneyland, especially when navigating the park and planning which rides to go on next. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend both Hong Kong Disneyland and Big Sky Travel Pocket WiFi for anyone planning a trip to Hong Kong!
My family used this pocket wifi for our singapore trip. Connectivity was ok but could be better! Also, battery of the pocket wifi seemed to run out fast and heat up so make sure to let it rest and cool down before use and bring a powerbank to charge it

as always this is the nth time we used the wifi and never disappoint. For sometimes specially when open the whole day there is a tendency to be hot but we just restart it. but all in all experience is superb
NAIA’s WiFi kiosk is a convenient option for travelers needing quick internet access. However, speeds can be inconsistent, especially during peak hours. It’s useful for basic browsing and checking emails but not ideal for heavy usage. More kiosks and faster connections would improve the experience for passengers on the go.
