Worth every cent, especially if you're flying in internationally--having someone guide you through the entire process makes customs and the airport a breeze. I booked the service for an international connection and for the domestic arrival, so when the airline made a mistake and lost checked baggage, having this service work with me and track the process was so comforting. Especially since I was in the US and in a different time zone, unable to do anything in China or call the airline, their consistent communication made it so worth it.
