Vi er en gruppe malaysiere som valgte å bli med i en kinesisk gruppe. Guiden vår, fru Xiao Zhu, var veldig oppmerksom og vennlig mot oss på grunn av språkbarrieren. Hun sørget for at vi fikk all nødvendig informasjon og at vi følte oss velkomne i gruppen. En avslappet reiseplan, men likevel veldig informativ og punktlig. Vi fikk tid til å utforske på egen hånd og handle. Forklaringen var veldig tydelig, selv ved bruk av lydoversetter via telefonen vår. Anbefaler denne pakken på det sterkeste for lokalbefolkningen og de fra ikke-kinesisktalende regioner, det er en opplevelse. Det er opp til deg å nyte den. Stor takk fra oss. 🫶🏻

my tour guide is - 杨娟。she is nice and explained very clearly on the place n history. 👍 but the food provided (buffet) not so nice maybe don’t suit my taste.

It was a full bus load of tourists and everywhere we went, it was crowded. but the guide, Chen Lei, did very well to make sure that nobody went missing as we walk the streets, cross the roads and weave through the multitudes of people. There was an additional fee of CNY110 per person. 40 for lunch at a buffet restaurant that is basically like hunger games - hundreds of people crowding to get food. 10 for the earpiece to listen to the guide - this is useful. 60 for the boat ride and a short Suzhou music performance.

overall was a good day trip . although rain , it’s doesn’t affected the trip. good arrangement and good service.

Well planned, not rushed, sufficient time to explore on own. Buffet is own paid RMB 40 + boat trip is RMB 40.

The good: Bus pickup was on time at location. guide will reach out night before via WeChat (people square exit 8 at 715am). No side shopping for this tour. 陈导was very responsible and accompanied us throughout the entire Garden tour for 1.5h. lunch buffet was not part of the package but was surprisingly ok and value for money at 40rmb/pax. audio guide rental of 10rmb that klook doesn't cover (stated in klook tnc) which the guide will use to talk through. Not so good: this is a mixed tour where different agencies will join. the bus tour had 1 or 2 pickups and will take about 2h to reach the garden by which time all tour groups are there. it was a very hot day, super crowded and the paths very narrow which made it rather exhausting with the heat and crowd. Hanshan temple afterwards was much better, boat ride was ok, the qilitangstreet was great but too short time of 1h as some delay due to someone losing their phone earlier and needed to find it

建議如果從Klook訂這個行程要主動用微信聯繫主辦單位，不然導遊無法將當天集合的資訊傳送給沒有微信資料的參加者，導遊很認真的將行程與動線規劃的更順暢，也會很認真的導覽，這次旅遊有遇到兩位導遊小朱跟楊娟，兩位的導覽都非常的精彩，而且非常照顧團員，剛好在春節的時間，所以人潮非常的多但導遊會盡量讓我們可以看到重要的景點，唯一可惜的是午餐太多，所以飯菜都是冷的不是很好吃，建議可以自己帶一些飲料跟零食，如果來蘇州旅遊建議可以參加這個行程！

our guide is 朱朱 and she gave excellent history and cultural insight to the places visited. it’s is a peak holiday in China and she managed to guide us through together. Thank you for the journey! Note: lunch not included.

Even though I do not speak Chinese very well, the guide was so lovely and patient with me. she always try to include me and make sure I was there with the group and safe. She adapted my tour for me. The other clients were really nice also ! The tour overall was good, we had history, art and shopping.
