- Hver kunde kan velge et Hanbok-design i 30 minutter og prøve 2 sett.
- Vennligst legg klær og sko i skapet.
- Bruk butikkens prøverom og be personalet om hjelp til å ta på Hanbok.
- Sen retur medfører ekstra kostnader (Grunnleggende Hanbok: 1 000 KRW per 10 minutter, Tema Hanbok: 2 000 KRW per 10 minutter).
- For utvidet fotograferingstid, kjøp en ekstra time under reservasjonen. Utvidelser på stedet er ikke mulig.
- Det påløper kostnader for skadede eller tapte tilbehør og skapnøkler.
- Deltakere må være 1 år eller eldre.
- Samme pris gjelder for alle aldre.
- Refusjon på grunn av vær er ikke mulig. Vi kan endre til innendørs fotografering ved regn. Tidsplanendringer på grunn av vær kan gjøres opptil 3 dager i forveien.
- Møt opp i tide for sminkereservasjoner. Sminke tar 40 minutter og Hanbok-skifte tar 30 minutter (ca. 70 minutter totalt).
- Hvis du ønsker en fotografering kl. 11:00, bestill sminke til kl. 09:30.
- Originale bilder vil bli sendt via e-post. Sjekk søppelpostmappen din om nødvendig.
- Spør fotografen om retusjering og utskriftstjenester.
- Spesielle varsler vil bli sendt via e-post.
- For utendørs fotografering er Gyeongbokgung-palasset stengt på tirsdager. Fotografering vil finne sted på eksterne steder som Gwanghwamun.

I wanted some nice photos since I was visiting on my own but the experience was so much more! The photographer was very friendly and had great locations and poses for all the photos!
Everyone here was super helpful! my husband and I had some trouble getting to the place and called to let them know we were running late to check in. They were very accommodating with letting us check in late and making sure we still had our indoor photoshoot. The photographer was super helpful and gave us poses to work with! And the hairstyle options that were free came out beautifully! I would definitely recommend trying this out on your trip! 😄💕
Ms Kim was our photographer to help us with the photoshoot in our first Korea trip. It was a short delay but she was able to come back and walked us from Hanboknam store to the palace. The costume was beautiful and the staff was incredibly helpful. It was a bit busy even on a Monday but the clear instructions and smooth tlow thanks to the statt made it easy. The photographer was very professional and knew lots of great photo spots. He also gave us tips on posing. We received all the photos by the end of the day which was incredibly fast and we really appreciated it.

Amazing experience! Between the staff helping us choose which Hanbok suited us to the photographer posing us, taking our pictures, and just giving us a tour of the palace. I would recommend this for anyone visiting South Korea!!
It was a really cold winter morning and the shop was quite busy/hectic! Apart from the agitated receptionist staff amidst all the chaos, the range of hanbok for selection, professionalism of the hair stylist and photographer with their suggestions topped off the experience for our group of 6pax!

please note that the time you choose is the start of the photoshoot and don’t make the same mistake as us! you need to arrive to the place 1 hour before your scheduled time to pick the hanboks and get your hair done. we sadly missed this announcement and arrived exactly on our photoshoot time. thankfully, they are very accommodating and understanding they managed to schedule us for another time and we had our photoshoot. the photographer did a fantastic job getting our photos and telling us what poses to do. it was really a fun experience for us and will likely avail the service again on our next korea trip! thank you!
