our tour guide Irene is wonderful. we booked the private tour for our family with 3 generations and 6 people. first, she arrived early to pick us up as planned in a luxury van. it was a comfortable ride to all the destinations. Irene not only guided us to locations but perfectly planned the trip to capture the best views of each location. additionally she also helped us plan our dinner too. given that we are a large group, she provided us with plenty of flexibility during our trip - adding more time to explore areas of interests. It was a hot day so she switched our walking itinerary to driving between locations and bought us ice cold drinks to stay hydrated! she had a lot of knowledge of the sites, including legends and stories of the past. she even explained them in both English and Chinese. super talented, kind and patient. we had a great time thanks to her thoughtfulness.

We had a fantastic day trip to Gyeongju and really enjoyed the entire experience. The tour was smooth, well organized, and a very convenient way to visit several beautiful and historic places in one day. A special thank you to our guide, Irene, who was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. She explained things clearly, kept the group well organized, and made the whole trip feel easy and enjoyable. The schedule was well balanced, with enough time at each stop to explore, take pictures, and enjoy the scenery. Gyeongju is a lovely place, and this trip was a great way to discover it. 這次的旅行是Irene幫忙安排的，一直猶豫到最後一刻才訂，但Irene還是很快速的幫我們找到了會講中文的導遊Park Jin hyuk，行前溝通非常良好，也給了很棒的行程建議。車子非常乾淨也很準時，導演跟我們講了好多好多歷史故事，以及慶州的過往，還有韓國皇室貴族的介紹，去了博物館對文物的典故也相當了解。行程安排流暢，還會幫忙拍網美美照。長輩玩得非常開心，直說逛街吃美食之餘，能有個一天的景觀歷史之旅真的太值得了！推推！

My family of four just did a wonderful private day tour in Gyeongju with Irene. This package includes a driver as well as a guide (Irene). Glad that we booked this private tour because we arrive early morning in Gimhae. Irene contacted me through WhatsApp immediately after I made the booking on Klook, and responses were prompt. Pick up from the airport was punctual. We had a 9 seater MPV, so can comfortably sit another 3 pax (if without luggage). Irene took the initiative to contact the hanok owner to help us check in early! Irene speaks English and Mandarin so it's easy to communicate. She was also knowledgeable in explaining all the historical sites. Gyeongju is a beautiful place. She helped us take photos and printed out a mini photo album for us! Thank you for this beautiful gift!

we had a great day with Irene! she made contact with us through WhatsApp as soon as she received the booking, even recommended us to leave at 12:30 instead of early morning just so we could see the beauty night views (without extra charge too!)! Irene is very professional and friendly, she helped taking photos, pointing out good photo spots etc, even gave us some photo prints out from the day! we also really enjoyed the restaurant she recommended, couldn’t get enough of the bulgogi lol. Irene speaks Korean, English, and mandarin, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful day exploring Gyeongju with our guide, Irene, and our driver. Communication prior to the trip was effective with Irene being very proactive from the start of our booking, making sure our needs were addressed (including going all out to get a baby car seat for my niece!) . Everything went smoothly from start to finish — they were both very punctual and made sure we traveled comfortably throughout the day. Irene was extremely patient with us, even when we took a bit more time at some of the sites. She’s very knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting historical facts about the cultural landmarks we visited. We also appreciated her great food recommendations! Irene speaks both English and Mandarin fluently, which made communication so easy for everyone in our group. Overall, it was a fantastic and well-organized tour, highly recommend to anyone who is keen to do a private chartered day tour with them.

We booked a private tour to Gyeongju for a family of 5 with Irene (it also includes a separate driver which was very helpful so you get dropped off at ideal locations with the guide). From the instant we booked, she was very communicative and helped me plan a custom itinerary that met the needs of our family. We only needed to see a few main sites and didn't want to be overwhelmed/drained from an extra long day, and the itinerary was perfect leaving us wanting more of Gyeongju for a future visit. The timing of pickup to visiting each location and especially the sunset/night views were perfect. She also was great a explaining just enough and answering our questions without giving a full blown history lesson.

Irene was very patient and accomodating to my family especially my 2 boys one of whom is a toddler. The transport was very comfortable and we managed to cover the full itinerary that we planned with Irene. My family had a great time thanks to Irene and her driver!

What a relaxing and fun trip, like spending the day with a local rather than being on a formal tour. Irene gave us lots of time to explore the fascinating sites.
