Our tour guide, Yuki, was absolutely fantastic and made our visit to Miyajima a truly memorable experience. She shared so much fascinating information about the island, its history, culture and beautiful temples, bringing everything we saw to life. Yuki’s extensive knowledge and thoughtful planning also helped us make the most of our time. She knew exactly how to navigate the island efficiently, allowing us to avoid long waits and crowds while still seeing some of the most beautiful and significant temples and sights. She was engaging, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, keeping us interested throughout the entire tour. We learned so much and felt like we experienced the very best of Miyajima in the time we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide!

Kaori was a great guide! She explained the history of Hiroshima and the shrines. She also took great pictures of us. She was very helpful in exploring the island considering the time we had.

Kaori, guiden vår, er den beste! Hun tok kontakt dagen før og hjalp oss med å komme oss til øya på best mulig måte, noe som sparte oss mye tid. Ved ankomst fikk Kaori oss opp til taubanene i god tid før folkemengdene og ga oss kontinuerlig gode tips om hvor vi skulle stå og hvor vi skulle gå! Vi elsket at hun fortsatte å ta bilder av oss og er veldig kunnskapsrik om øya og dens omgivelser. Tips 1. Hvis du bor i nærheten av Peace Park, ta Heritage Ferry og velg å møte guiden din på øya. 2. Som med de fleste severdigheter i Japan... Dra tidlig! 3. Du vil kanskje bli og vandre litt lenger etter turen, da 4 timer er litt kort.

Our guide, Kaori was knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful which led to an amazing trip. The day was extremely hot and she ensured we took regular hydration breaks and tailored our day to the extreme heat. Not only did she give tips for the whole day - we got to see the torii gates at Itsukashima Shrine and both high and low tides, but she also made suggestions on how to plan our next day to avoid the crowds. She also took pictures throughout the day and took us to places we would have missed touring on our own.

What a wonderful way of exploring Miyajima Island! Masa san was fantastic, full of knowledge and fun!!! I highly recommend this for anyone visiting. Our group thoroughly enjoyed this tour and will definitely come back next time we are in this region. Thank you Masa san for a very memorable day!

Amazing tour experience with Kaori. Good communication, messaged me night before to arrange meet ups and her ETA. She adjusted the itinerary based on the tides for better experience.

we had a fun day with Yoshi our tour guide. she was funny, friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. very accommodating to what you want to do throughout your tour. communication was great, we received a few messages the day before our tour to confirm time and meet up location and Yoshi was there early and ready to go as soon as we arrived. We did lots of walking so be prepared with comfortable shoes and clothing! I am glad we found this private tour last minute, it will definitely be a highlight of our Japan trip!

Miyajima was a beautiful island and one of our favourite places we visited in Japan. Kaori was a great guide with good english, she was able to show us some grwat spots in Miyajima including some great local cuisine around the island.
