I couldnot meet the guide because i misunderstood the location of meeting. I though that at least the guide would call me when he couldn't find me. i didn't have no ticket to admission and could not enter any of the areas even if i would visit on my own. So to get the ticket i trid to call the guide more than 30 times only failed. most of all i understood this ticket is for admission not for guided tour.

Our guide is present at the designated meeting point for the initial 15 minutes to provide essential information about Gardens by the Bay and accommodate guests arriving later. 2. Once the tour commences, our guide is fully immersed in sharing the captivating stories and engaging with the group. It is common across all our tours that the guide will not be checking and answering calls during this period. 3. The tour description clearly outlines the fixed start and end times. We understand that our guide was already at the Cloud Forest when you contacted him an hour later. 4. We are relieved that Jess from Gardens by the Bay team was able to assist you and pass over our pre-purchased tickets to you.
