I was very impressed with the staff. It was easy to recognize my guide because they were already waiting for me when I arrived. They assisted me through the immigration process quickly and helped me avoid the long waiting lines. I really appreciated the professional and convenient service. I will definitely use this Fast Track service again at other airports such as Noi Bai or Tan Son Nhat.

Once booking is confirmed the respective individual contact us. They wait for us patiently at the arrival gate. Fast and easy, recommended for ppl that didn't like to queue up the long lane.

i was skeptical at first because i read bad reviews about the fast track service for arrival. and plus operator did not contact me until i raised concerns with klook. but the on the ground service when we arrived, was amazing and swift and i was so glad i took the fast track because the queue would have been super long for us otherwise!

The company msg me one day earlier on the details of the redemption. Basically, there will be someone waiting for you with your name on paper and bring you to the fast track counter. My flight was on Sunday’s afternoon and the line was not long at the immigration. So I guess it depends on your luck.

I’m not sure if it’s a good value for money. I read reviews before booking, so I knew they won’t help with our luggage. I also had to text them multiple times before arriving to make sure someone will be waiting for us. However it was nice to go through security a little bit faster. Save your money, don’t book here, when lines are crazy, there are people at Phu Quoc airport offering this service for much cheaper

afternoon departure from phu quoc airport. the immigration queue in this case don't seem to really require the fast track, we got it anyway just in case.

The best Fast Track service which I ever had. The representative pick up us at the entrance with name table and follow before we didn't finish passport control in airport 👍

Smooth experience. Staff was easy to locate. It took us out of airport in less than 10 mins. Very worth it.
