We had an amazing time exploring Batam in just one day! Even the weather is not that good, the itinerary was well-planned, and we got to visit beautiful spots like the Barelang Bridge, different Mosque and enjoy a delicious seafood lunch. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would especially like to give a big shoutout and thank you to our tour guide, Mr. Gunawan. He was very friendly, approachable, and had great knowledge about the places we visited. He made sure we were comfortable, assisted us with everything we needed, and even shared interesting stories along the way. Dette var virkelig en av de mest uforglemmelige bursdagsreisene jeg noensinne har hatt! Fantastisk kultur, deilig mat og herlig overnatting, alt overgikk forventningene mine. Vår turguide, Riza, var helt enestående. Hun er utrolig kunnskapsrik om Batams historie og delte den med så mye lidenskap og detaljer. Hun er snill, oppmerksom og veldig engasjert gjennom hele turen. Det som imponerte oss mest var hvordan hun alltid sørget for at våre matpreferanser ble møtt. Siden vi elsker sjømat – spesielt krabbe – viste hun oss de beste restaurantene hun kjenner, og hvert måltid var fantastisk. Vi nøt virkelig hver del av opplevelsen: maten, kulturen, kaffen, kakene og til og med suvenirshoppingen. Riza gjorde bursdagen min ekstra spesiell med en nydelig kakeoverraskelse, noe jeg satte stor pris på. Hennes varme og omtanke gjorde hele feiringen perfekt. Veldig underholdende og informativ tur ❤️ Vår turguide, Mr. Agus, ga interessante fakta og delte historier om stedene vi besøkte, og sørget for at tiden vår i Batan ble godt brukt og minneverdig. Mr Augus our tour guide was wonderful! We were picked up promptly at the sekupang terminal and we started our tour by going to guanyim statue, the activities such as flying carpet and then lunch at Barelang Kelong. Then we went for spa and foot reflexology Reborn at Nagoya, then trick eye museum, birds nest shop, and we had Nasi Padang before we return to Batam ferry terminal. Thank you for the great day!

It was my first trip to Batam with my son. Our tour guide, Jessica, gave us a wonderful experience—she arranged visits to various attractions and made sure we enjoyed a great meal even on a rainy day. We used our time well and had a fantastic visit. We also loved the activities and took lots of photos in Beliung Batam. The people were warm and friendly. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

我們0700 到達港灣 0710到達取票 換了100元新幣（120萬印尼盾） 0755開始開放閘門check in 過新加坡海關，0820閘門就不能通行，0840上船 ，巴淡島少一個小時時差，航程約55分鐘，因為要進入印尼，還是要寫簽證卡（船上有船員拿著QR code)掃描填寫資料，所以到達巴淡島、是巴淡島的時區的0845 ，印尼落地簽證，兩人527000印尼盾，進入導遊有跟導遊順一下行程、中餐吃印尼料理，還不錯，很特別的體驗，

I had a fabulous time today in Batam. I highly recommend this trip. The guide Jonny was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the trip. Pick up was prompt and efficient in a fully air conditioned van. The Island is small but there are lots of historic buildings and sights to explore. Don’t sleep on getting out and exploring the outlines you’ll never regret it!

Visited Batam alone for my birthday celebration and Dian (the tour guide) went above and beyond. She’s very informative, takes good photo, and a very good driver, She even surprised me with a cake after our last stop. I went to IndoThai massage and it was very relaxing. On the occasion of our first visit to Batam, Indonesia, we had the pleasure of being accompanied by Mr. Gunawan, who served as our designated driver and local guide. He possessed extensive knowledge of the island’s geography, culture, and points of interest, and he efficiently facilitated our access to the most notable landmarks, attractions, and cultural experiences that Batam has to offer. Each site we visited was presented with contextual background and insightful commentary, thereby greatly enriching our understanding and appreciation of the locale. The culinary experiences, in particular, were remarkable; the variety and quality of local cuisine exceeded expectations and added significantly to the overall enjoyment of our trip. In light of the exemplary service we received and the positive experiences encountered, I am inclined to express a strong interest in returning to Batam at a future date, with the anticipation of further exploring its offerings.
