This the best private tour that I ever had. Luna travel consultant contact me months earlier before the trip. Luna provides me all the help that I needed like high rail train booking and weather information. Everything is perfect except my choice that didn’t go huanglong because there’s no cable car and battery car. The huanglong stop both operation a week before I going. That’s the only thing unlucky for me. As for the hotel, it’s 5 star and it’s luxury. The free photography is the first for some of us. We are all pretty and handsome. We really thanks this travel company. Driver also got stop the car for us to see snow. So beautiful snow landscape. I recommend this trip if anyone was planning to go. Thanks to Luna again. Grateful and appreciate of having her.

The prearranged Hualong transportation was a huge plus—it made the trip so easy for us, especially since it snowed during our visit! Jiuzhaigou is nothing short of magical, with its stunning landscapes and vibrant natural beauty. Dujiangyan was also a highlight of the trip, offering a charming and memorable experience. Overall, fantastic service and a well-organized trip. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience at Jiuzhaigou and Hwangloong plus the ability to see the pandas on the way and watched the romance show at JZG town (though panda and the show are separate admission fees). The scenery is marvellous of both main attractions. The place is clean and well maintained. Advice : lots of walking, definitely use the scenic bus in JZG, at Hwangloong take the cable car up, use the battery car but I will advise you to walk down otherwise you will be missing a lot of the other attractions in Hwangloong.

Trip schedule was arranged nicely such that we can maximise the visits to all the places of interests during the trip. Main attraction was Jiuzhaigou, and we added duojiangyen which was also a great historic place to visit along the way. We did not get a travel guide but our driver is kind to share his knowledge of the jiuzhaigou because he is a native. Need to get used to the crowd because the places are all very popular with the locals.

Our recent tour to Jiuzhai Valley was a mixed experience. The team behind the itinerary was commendably thorough in providing all necessary particulars and details before the trip. However, there were two venues where they failed to register all participants, causing delays at the entrances. This oversight seemed a bit careless. Our driver was accommodating and friendly for the first two days. Unfortunately, on the third day, as we headed back to Chengdu City, he detoured to his "brother-in-law's house" under the guise of a toilet break, attempting to sell us some Chinese herbs. This felt rather dodgy, and I wonder if the tour planning team is aware of this incident. Following this, the driver's demeanor changed; he became less friendly and more agitated, which struck me as unprofessional. Despite these hiccups, the scenery at Jiuzhai Valley was breathtaking and well worth the visit. Be prepared for a lot of walking—seriously, a lot! The free photoshoot included in the tour was quite fun. I recommend doing this before exploring the lakes to ensure you have ample time for sightseeing. The hotel booked for us was legitimate but a bit old and in need of refurbishment. Its prime location next to a theater was a bonus. The theater performance, complete with impressive special effects, is a must-see. In summary, while the tour had its flaws, particularly with the driver and registration issues, the natural beauty of Jiuzhai Valley and the enjoyable extras like the photoshoot and theater performance made it a memorable trip.

Nice sightseeing! Large hotel room with quality breakfast. unexpected meet snow at HuangLong. but a bit tired at Huanglong during walking down to exit.
