Vegetarisk matlagningskurs i Beijing

- Det er ingen begrensninger på ingredienser i matlagingen; så lenge du liker det, kan jeg tilberede en fantastisk delikatesse med min metode.
- Velkommen til å smake gratis på min hjemmelagde naturell yoghurt, ferskpresset juice, hjemmelaget vin, etc.
- Hirse, peanøtter, sesamfrø, sesamolje og sesampasta, røde dadler, mungbønner og andre kornsorter er naturlige ingredienser dyrket av vertsmorens mor.
Hva du kan forvente
Introduksjon til opplevelsen Jeg har aldri likt å spise kjøtt siden jeg var liten. Å være vegetarianer er ikke en religion, men på grunn av miljøvern og kjærlighet til dyr, for å beskytte planeten vår, kombinerer jeg yoga med en sunnere diett. Hvis du også liker vegetarmat, enten det er på grunn av miljøvern, tro, eller yoga-vegetarianisme. Hvis du ønsker å utforske vegetarisk matlaging, og diskutere vegetarisk helse og velvære med flere vegetariske venner, er du velkommen til å bli med meg for å lage ulike næringsrike vegetarretter.
Opplevelsesforløp Uansett om du tar metro eller taxi, vil jeg personlig hente deg ved metroinngangen eller dørstokken. Lunsj rundt kl. 11 hjemme hos meg. Hvis du er interessert eller har god tid, tar jeg deg med til det lokale morgenmarkedet for å kjøpe ferske ingredienser, og du kan lære og utveksle matkultur med lokale landsbyboere. Hjemme vil jeg lede alle til å delta i en grundig opplevelse av alle detaljer (jeg vil vise gjestene matlagningshemmeligheter uten forbehold), fra vasking, plukking, kutting av grønnsaker, til matlaging. Hele prosessen med den morsomme matlagingsopplevelsen kan du delta i selv, eller ta med en venn. Etter måltidet vil vi chatte og drikke te sammen.

- Dette er en åpen opplevelsesaktivitet som andre gjester også kan delta i. Hvis du ønsker en privat opplevelse, kan du kontakte kundeservice for å avtale dette.
- Jo flere deltakere, jo lenger varer den hyggelige tiden! Hele opplevelsen varer 4-6 timer (1-2 personer) eller 5-8 timer (3-5 personer), for å sikre at alle gjester får fullt utbytte.

Rabbit was very welcoming and lovely to be around. She met us at the market and helped us shop for exactly what we wanted to cook. The cooking lesson was very laid back and we had a great time while we learned how to cook some of our favorite chinese foods. We will defintely book with her again she was great!!

Spending the whole day with you, including shopping food on a local market, cooking authentic Chinese food, talking and laughing the whole day made it possible for us to experience the people and life in Beijing - and we loved it! Amazing experience and instructor ! I had the possibility to choose the vegetables and fruits I like. We made 4 different receipes easy to cook at home. Thanks again for everything
Rabbit was lovely, and she taught us how to make garlic broccoli, baozi, and a few more dishes. We had a fun time hanging out with her.
I had a lot of fun cooking and time flew by quickly. The host made me feel very welcome at her place and I felt like coming home to a friend.
We had a lot of fun with the cooking class. First we went to the market which was a nice experience. We could choose what we wanted to make. We walked to the apartment and had some nice tea, when we started the preperations. We made some dumplings and various vegetable dishes. We also made the famous mooncake together with another couple for the cooking class. The teacher was really nice and kind. We think it was a really nice way to enjoy beijing in another way!
We had the opportunity to go marketing with the host and choose what ingredients to put into the dumplings. The tofu was exceptional good and so is the tomatoes. We enjoyed the process of making the dumpling. Great experience with the host and she was very hospitable.
Rabbit is so friendly and welcoming and explains things really well. A fun afternoon cooking, chatting and making lots of various vegan dishes. My favourite dish we made was the dumplings - they were so yummy and fun to make. Going to the market before to select ingredients was great too as we learnt about different produce.
I loved it! I was the only one who booked and therefore could ask many questions and get to know Rabbit. I hope to see her again and definitely recommend you to join her cooking class!
