Thr hotel is conveniently located near the metro and tram lines, allowing ease y access to major attractions and city centre shopping. The breakfast offers good. Selection of fruits, cereals and hot items. All the staff were helpful and friendly. My only comment is the rooms are small. However there is everything you need including great ac. Our room was clean and the shower was hot and powerful. I would stay here again.

Nice, comfortable stay. A bit further from the attractions than I'd like but walkable, good transport options available too.

It’s a small hotel, but nice and clean. I felt the room was smaller than expected after looking at the pictures online. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is that the cleaning staff started very early and dragged the furniture all around when they were cleaning and it was very loud, woke us up unexpectedly. The breakfast was excellent and had many options to pick from. The kitchen and service staff cleaned off your plates and stuff from your table, so you don’t clean after yourself. They are very nice and hard working, we did appreciate them. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

El servicio excelente, la amabilidad del personal muy buena. Siempre dispuestos a saludar y ayudar. La limpieza del cuarto no es la mejor... en el cajón del buró había un palo de madera como de Starbucks que nunca lo quitaron. La regadera le falta mucho mantenimiento, hay mucha humedad y sarro. Pero la potencia es muy buena. El sillón y cojín del sillón igual necesita una limpieza profunda. Las dos cucharas que dejan junto a las tazas del café estaban sucias. El colchón bastante bueno, no excelente pero las almohadas muy muy malas, es como si durmieras sin almohada, muy planas, necesitan una renovación urgente. Amenidades muy pocas y chiquitas. Solo un litro de agua para dos personas y el resto te lo cobran. El desayuno excelente!! Muy buena calidad y puedes comer bastante sano, hay variedad, mucho mejor que un desayuno americano. Check in y check out muy rápidos! Llegando tienes que pagar un impuesto que fueron 16 euros por toda la estancia. La ubicación muy buena, cerca el tranvía y el metro.

Hotel was good although the room was ridiculously hot (fan and thermostat in room done nothing ) Very basic breakfast but not bad value all round Staff were friendly and pleasant Would recommend

Claustrophobic rooms with no windows. Had to climb over the bed to get into the bathroom. Quiet property. Insulated. The area is extremely sketch. If traveling alone, especially female, be careful. Be aware of your surroundings and avoid advances from strange people. I had a few experiences that could have ended badly. People in the area did not help. Yellow taxis are what Uber shows you. Do not get into the vehicle if the driver does not match the photo description! Sit in the front of the car. The hotel staff are oblivious and not helpful for anything. Do not rely on them.

Refreshing modern & tasteful decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms cool & comfortable, just a bit too small, but it’s Europe, so not surprising. Only negative is the lack of electrical outlets near a mirror. Overall, a good experience and addresses one’s needs. Plus: shoe cleaner in the lobby. Really liked that.
