The hotel is attractive, comfortable and clean and a short walk to all Zermatt has to offer. Daily breakfast and tea were a real treat. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Awesome place in Zermatt, close to the train station, centrally located to all shopping places and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and the place was extremely well kept. The breakfast was awesome, will definitely recommend the mouth watering croissants and pastries they serve. Would highly recommend this place for anyone planning to stay in Zermatt on their vacation.

Conveniently located a 5 min walk from the train station, Hotel Butterfly met our needs for three adults in one room. The city is walkable in general or there are golf carts to drive you around if needed but it was certainly nice to be right next to the train. The hotel had a decent breakfast and to our delight, an afternoon tea with live music which we enjoyed after our day of hiking. There was no air conditioning so we had to leave the windows open at night and were awakened by the goats walking down the street at 6:00am, but other than that, we can't complain!

It's a nice hotel with decent size rooms and very close to the railway station. Their breakfast and high tea are excellent. It has no air conditioning and no views, at least our room had no views at all.

Stayed two nights during our visit to Zermatt recently. Excellent hotel, very close to the train station, no problems walking to the hotel with rolling suitcases. The location is excellent, easy walk to the Main Street with shopping and restaurants. Room was good size , didn’t feel cramped. Nice and clean bathroom, may be the bath cube area was little smaller but manageable. Breakfast was included and was excellent with many choices. Also front desk staff are nice. Overall very happy with our stay.

This hotel is top shelf. Very close to the train station. Like 2-3 minute walk. Quiet location. Easy to walk to everywhere in Zermatt
