The property itself is good but we were staying in a room with our 2 grandchildren and we were booked into a room with either 2 double beds or a double and 2 singles. What we got was one double bed and one very uncomfortable sofa bed. Result was no sleep for 2 nights so would be reluctant to book with children again. Also, I know the weather was really good but the room was so hot and the cold water was warm. On a better note… breakfast was good and food in bar at night with the kids was delicious.

The staff here were wonderful: genuine desire to be friendly and helpful. Excellent homemade steak pie in the bar, and perfect poached eggs each morning. My room could have done with a bathroom makeover but the sea view made up for that.

Stayed here for one night in June. First impressions of the room was quite small, but only staying one night so that was fine. The bathroom was very outdated and the toilet was a struggle to flush, this was mentioned to staff before we left. The view from our window was of a brick wall, not very entertaining. Room was clean ,but very hot, even though we had a fan. Breakfast was not of the best standard, think a defibrillator could of revived the bacon as it was so undercooked. All in all satisfied with a one night stay, but would not return.

Ideally situated on the promenade, just past North Pier, close to tram stop to all parts of Blackpool and Fleetwood. Really friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, comfortable bed. Couldn’t ask for more.

Could not fault the service,food,entertainment, staff.Room was spotless but could have been larger,not a lot of space for belongings.

We always have a lovely stay here. One thing I would say is they need blackout curtains. Because room is very bright in the morning
