Everything as expected. A little confusing at check in as arrived after 5p.m when reception was closed. I think the automatic system worked well and informed me the garage entrance is opposite the petrol station. But did not mention the card key needed is the same as the room key which is the same as front door key. The hop on hop off bus stop number 3 is approx 15 mins walk away outside Las Arenas shopping centre and Carrefour mega centre.

The cleaning was excellent, three cleans in a 20 day stay, quickly and well done. The facilities were good, in good condition, smart and tidy. We had everything we needed. The space was adequate, a little more would have been nice. We didn鈥檛 work out the heating or air conditioning controls, but we were fine with the temperatures as they were. A comfortable stay in an interesting location.

Our stay was excellent! Checked in with manager who was very helpful, smooth, and very courteous, and offered many suggestions for things to do. The location was good, 5 minutes walk to the beach and eatery. Rooms were very ckeaned, spacious, modern and loved wall decorations. Balcony had street and ocean view from distance. Underground parking was clean and very bright I felt secured being there alone late at night. Will definitely stay there again. Kham

We loved our stay at ART viviendas. The suites were very comfortable. It's location is perfect, easy access to highways and a 5 minute walk to the beach.
