Good location with a strong local feel. Helpful and friendly staff really can make the difference as they did here. Would definitely stay here again next time in Ithaca

Staff was super friendly & helpful regarding the area and what to do, where to eat, where to park. Room was pretty clean, only slight downside is that the shower drain was SO loud and I couldn't quite get the shower to turn completely off. It would slightly leak but not a big deal at all

The hotel has no official parking. They direct you to a public parking garage that charges over $20 to park in. Insane that a hotel charging close to $300 for a room doesn’t have their own parking. The room was bland, absolutely cookie cutter and not well kept. Multiple metal fixtures had staining (possibly rust?). Wooden furniture was breaking down in some places. The “filtered water” they advertise tasted exactly the same as the tap water in the bathroom. You could have gotten a similar quality from a cheap motel. Avoid unless you must be in downtown Ithaca and the other hotels are booked.

The Canopy delivers on my expectations, clean, well maintained, close to our destination, friendly and helpful staff. it was great 100% recommended.

Staff was amazingly nice & helpful. Accommodations were perfect. Location to “The Commons” (downtown shopping & restaurants) is perfect. Everything was within walking distance.

Staff yelled at me for using a coffee mug at breakfast instead of. Plastic when they had coffee mugs right there. We only had two towels and 1/2 roll tp on day 1. I called to ask for towel and tp she said you can come down and get them!!!! Wow.
