A little gem to stay at exceptionally clean

Staff is nice but Inn is too anitque for me.Squicky floors tiny rooms and microscopic tv and all rooms have view of the surrounding parking lot. For a night OK but found better option similar price 10min walk away.

The inn on third was the perfect staycation for out forth wedding anniversary! The staff was welcoming and the rooms were clean and cozy. The location was superb-within walking distance to all of the restaurants and things we wanted to go to/do. The parking was right on site which was also a huge plus.

It was a good hotel in a good location with a unique vibe. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Clean room with history, met all our needs to visit St. Petersburg and USF. Super nice and helpful staff. Great location to walk anywhere downtown and USF campus. Parking included and on property was very helpful and safe. Nice to have a simple yet perfect breakfast.
