Great staff Great location and views Dive with Pepe Divers

The staff is amazing, the food is ok, the beds are terrible.

The wait staff, bartenders, guest service and room hospitality were all friendly and accommodating. The lunch and dinner menu lacked a daily selection, but was decent. The inside restaurant requires all patrons to wear long pants and dresses. The manager accommodated our family who did not have long pants, by seating us at an outside table which was lovely. The beach and snorkeling were amazing! There were tons of fish to see and schools of fish surrounded us. It is a beautiful hotel, but needs updating. We saw people painting, fixing and laying new carpet while we were there. Overall, my family would rate this hotel as good for the price and amenities. We have 18 and 14 year old sons who had a blast at the beach and pool!

It was the most wonderful experience! We fell in love with the beach and all of the great people who works there and become your family for as long as you stay! I just came back and I already miss Santiago, Carlos, Miguel, German, Hugo, Alejandro! They are so great! The hotel is super clean, the rooms super big, the food is great and they always aim to please every request you have! I plan to go back at least once a year!

We were there three weeks and we had a great time. The staff is excellent. The pools and the ocean is excellent. The beach is wonderful. We’ve been going there for 38 years air-conditioning could be a little cooler.

only downside was the air conditioning, it got a little warm in the room

Clean room and very kind staff. Their english was not always super great but they were very sweet. Our AC did go out in the room and they got it blowing again but it never was cool air just moving air around. That part was pretty miserable but the beach was gorgeous and on site snorkeling was great other than the resort didnt give out masks during our stay.
