It was a wonderful place to stay. A 10 minute walk from the metro. Very cleans and staff was very helpful!

Beautiful, clean and large room. Very close to casa de musica and bom sucesso food mall. Arcadia Cafe located right below the hotel, great for breakfast, drinks. Attentive staff, will stay again.

Staff were very helpful. Room was spacious. Only complaint I have is that it was a tad bit warm in the room for bedtime because the room was so big but it was still tolerable I think.

This hotel was in a good location, just a little out of the hustle bustle but yet close enough to walk to town one way and a beach the other way It was always clean The front desk and the buffet were always ready to answer any questions that you had and very helpful The buffet was open at a good time 7 o’clock in the morning and food was terrific I would definitely stay there again if in Portugal

I wouldnt stay here when it’s warm outside. They have controls on the air conditioners that are horrible and the rooms are hot. No consideration for offering to change rooms to perhaps offer one that was a comfortable temperature. The shower heads dance on a swivel and when asking for it to be fixed was given a condescending answer as to how to make it work instead of fixing it. All of this was not necessary and asking hotels.com for some assistance to the matter was even worse. Never mind the hallway carpets were old and dingy.

Large, pristinely clean rooms in excellent condition made our stay very comfortable. The hop on hop off bus stop is 3 minutes away.
