Wish I could have stayed longer. Lovely room, lovely balcony, charming all around.

Great phenomenal location. LOVE the hotel too. Amazing staff. Really recommend this. Wish we stayed longer.

Very nice location and hotel

Great Li satin and great cleaning staff. The concierge is located at another property 5 minutes walk away so that was a bit tricky but they location felt more private because of this which was wonderful.

Superb location in a quiet backwater of the city centre and in a beautiful old building. Staff were all extremely helpful and the food was superb at breakfast and in the evening. We left extremely satisfied with everything and we were just sad that we weren’t staying a few more nights.

Great location and excellent room

Very beautiful location- in the center

The staff loved my dog very much. Shops and restaurants nearby. The window is very sound proof. I didn’t know my window was open the first night. After I closed it, it was so much more quiet.

Excellrnt lovation in old town Santa Cruz

Wonderful Guest experience. For location, ambience and service, we have recommended to friends and family. We will book again on our return.
