Excellent breakfast. Great outdoor patio, great bar and food service staff. Good location,appreciate pay parking. Check in and out smooth. Over priced through Hotel.com

We had a great stay. Staff were all lovely and really helpful. If you stay with kids you can tell they go the extra mile to make sure the kids are happy. We stayed over the baking hot busy bank holiday weekend. The pool and air conditioning were much appreciated.

Excellent hotel. Good size room. Comfortable beds. Wonderful staff, especially at breakfast. Great breakfast. Yes would recommend. Only thing I didn’t agree with is a cost for parking which is £7.50 per night. Common in the UK apparently.

Room was very clean and well presented. All the staff were fantastic. Meals were very good. Beds very comfortable. Only downside was that there was no biscuits in the room.

V dated disability room I didn’t ask for . As it was an extremely busy weekend n I was too exhausted to request another room. The room was spacious sheets clean but slightly rough. The shower area disable seat was disgusting w stained patch n the steel structure rusty round the edges . It was V difficult to turn on the tap on the Left side it was V stiff n it was V unpleasant when I was hit by the cold rain shower . When the hot water finally came on, the shower head sprayed all over the floor and was not contained within the shower area making it rather Slippery to walk after the shower . Tge hair shampoo was disgusting v rough on the hair w no conditioner . More a 3 star hotel n not 4 star not value for money
