Rooms so dirty we ended up staying elsewhere, check in 2pm, didn’t get key to after 3pm due to housekeeping, eventually when we received key room was filthy. Disgusting carpets were filthy Vomit in the bin in bathroom, Dirt over the bed covers. Rubbish left under the desk Very run down rooms Photos to prove this also, absolutely disgusting.

Katie and her team are always polite and welcoming. The rooms are clean and of a good standard. Chris

Room was ok would been perfect except there was a function on and seemed all the arguments and fighting was out side our room so wouldn’t recommend sat night sat stay unless you attended if a function We was only staying until early hours for a flight out Birmingham so was expecting much for the bargain price and didn’t get much sleep we did ask for a fan for the room and was told they didn’t do fans This hotel/ sports bar would be a different experience if it was not a sat night but the club seemed friendly and drinks was nice

Cheap accommodation, but you get what you pay for. No bins in the room. Rooms not cleaned all week. Very basic, contactor hotel but with lots of very young girls drinking and hanging around outside the building...

We didn't actually stay due the room having blood over the bathroom door and bugs and flys in the room

no toilet rolls,no tv remote. only one pillow each toe nail clippings on the dressing table.3 noisy bars and in one of them was a private party which went on till midnight then a very loud fight in the carpark which was close to our room about one in the morning.not a great stay and would nt book again.

The staff were super helpful and very polite&friendly. Room was good for the price but needed a bit of work (broken window handle and shower door handle). The bed was clean but the rest of room needed at bit more attention to cleaning

Great value accommodation

The room was minamilistic. No towels.Shampoo or soap. Extremely nosey as pub on the lower floor. I only ended up staying one night. The staff how ever where very friendly.

Always a warm welcome.. Katie always repiies to messages really promptly.. The rooms are always clean with good quality bedding... Only minor point.. Shower in room 14, not as hot as it could've been but no major issue.
