We loved the property in every way and staying here made our visit to Kusadasi more memorable! The hotel is in an excellent location, close to everything and across from the sea. The rooms and all facilities were very modern and clean and well maintained. The breakfast was amazing, and the views as you eat are very picturesque. The price is very reasonable. The staff were wonderful and very professional and helpful. They spoke English really well and gave us advice and helped us locate services we needed especially when I got sick and required medical assistance. A very special thanks to Harun for his excellent customer service, and the entire team there. Even the valet parking service was so quick and convenient. The only feedback is that the bathrooms are a bit annoying because water drips after using the basin due to the design, and the bidet also leaked through the toilet seat when used. But as said it was design related not maintenance.
Will stay here again.
