All of the apartments have different designs and may differ from the photos shown.• The booker must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.• A security deposit of GBP 300 to GBP 600 is required upon check-in for damages and neighbours complaints during the stay, this is to be refunded upon departure.• Check in after 20:00 is available upon request and prior arrangement, for an additional fee of GBP 50, this is GP 70 after midnight.• Please let the property know the expected arrival time in advance.
