The staff member was wonderful, but it took half an hour to find him when we were checking in at 4pm. The cleaning lady was great and brought us plates and cutlery. The whole hotel was a bit rough around the edges as renos are taking place. Lots of repairs and painting is still required and cleaning and window washing so that guests can see the lake are needed regularly. There was a bath with no taps, and that was disappointing. There was a restaurant with no tables and chairs and no chef. All the fences were a bit damaged, steps with chipped tiles, footprints on carpets, but as I stated the staff were delightful. The place just needs a manager to walk around and deligate jobs.

Wasn't as describedb said separate bedroom it was just a room. Nowhere to sit Kettle was broken ,tv remote flat batterys. ,door had a metal plate screwd onto it where I guess it had been broken into. Holes in wall , then outside the room 3rd floor bricks broken right next to edge . garbage bin lid on table. Pool door tied up with shoe lace .has 3 nights book left after 1 . Went to give key back couldn't find anyone. Hotel.com tried to call them no answer emails no reply.

Only stay here if Chernobyl is fully booked. Awful is an understatement. Filthy, in poor repair, "staff" indifferent at best, borderline hostile. Appears to be in the very early stages of "renovation" - the journey ahead is a very long one.

Sensational stay! Exceptionally peaceful. Plenty of room for the whole family. Great pool. Off street parking. Close by to a smorgasbord of cafes and restaurants! Highly recommended.

The place is filthy rotten dirty. The walls had dirty Marks all over them and holes in them. Around The pool was not maintained it had grass and weeds growing out of every line in the paving it was putrid the dirtiest motel i have ever seen. It was a joke i don't know how people stay there. I wouldn't stay there if it cost nothing
